Here in Central Oregon, we're experiencing a weird spring.   then again, I think every spring is weird here in Central Oregon.

Weather-wise, that is.   One day it's 70 degrees, and two days later it's snowing.  No wonder we have that slogan "don't like

the weather here?  wait a few minutes; it'll change."    

But now that Easter is upon us, no matter what Mother Nature says, we all agree it is spring.   New hope.  New life. New changes.

As I look out my window at the glorious sunshine warming the rocks by the creek, I think of all of the changes I've made in 

my life over the years.  How my decisions have affected these changes.  Some choices turned out to be for the good, it is clear to me;

some I wonder if another decision may have been the better one. At any rate, I'm grateful that I am here in Redmond ... that I 

have met so many wonderful people ... and that I love the work that I do.  If this spring you find yourself in a point of decision,
